I was in an accessible unit. The shower was poorly designed so that the bathroom flooded every time I used the shower. I'm not disabled but could become so if I had fallen on the flooded floor. It's a hazard and very poorly designed! Also, you couldn't adjust the temperature without getting completely undressed and standing in the shower area. On the positive side, the employee in the breakfast area was very friendly and helpful, as was the person who checked me in.

This was the absolute cleanest and nicest Comfort Suites we’ve ever stayed in. We have had horrible experiences with comfort suites in the past so we’re hesitant to book. However we are glad we did! Great property for the price!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was nice, and clean, but the beds were hard as a rock. The latch on the gym door has duct tape over it to keep it from locking for some reason. Also, as a cyclist, I was very disappointed to see no bike of any kind in the gym. No spin bike, recumbent, nothing. The pool room was a disgrace. One window was open for some reason, another was open and clearly broken. So the pool area was pretty darn close to the 32 degrees outside. Given the pool door also had tape over the latch, anyone could crawl in through the window and enter on into the hotel likely unseen. Outside, you're greeted by vultures or whatever picking meat trash out of the dumpster for the Mexican restaurant on the other side of the fence. Will not be staying here again!

Highly recommended
Very nice newly renovated hotel. Close to everything. Pool was very chilly! But everyone was friendly. Breakfast was good. Will definitely stay here again when visiting family.

Reasonably priced, nice staff, poor communication
Service desk was friendly, helpful, and efficient. The unit was clean, stocked appropriately. However, you can hear all hallway noise and the unit we had was located directly over the entrance to the hotel, and while that was great for my jumping children, it meant we heard all comings and goings throughout the night and early morning. Also, in the middle of the night the water had been shut off. When we got up at 6:30am, the water coming out of the faucet was YELLOW BROWN until we ran it for several minutes. Zero information about this was communicated. Breakfast in the morning was alright. Sausage, scrambled eggs, some cereal, bagels, fruits. Bacon was sorely missed.

We are pleased to hear that our service desk team provided a friendly, helpful, and efficient service, and that you found the unit to be clean and appropriately stocked. However, we are disappointed to hear that you experienced noise disturbances from the 2nd floor hallway and that the water had been shut off during your stay. Unfortunately the city of Tomball had a major pipe bust which caused a major amount of surrounding areas to loose water pressure and eater quality. The hotel did not receive notice of this incident but after the 2nd guest call we did contact the non emergency number as this was out of hotels reach, and they were able to inform our front desk agent about the temporary shut off. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you, and we will take steps to ensure that such incidents are communicated to our guests effectively.We are glad to hear that you found breakfast to be alright, but we understand that you missed having bacon as an option. We appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration as we aim to continuously improve our services.

A nice hotel overall. The vent outside our room was very loud, but could barely hear it inside the room. Doors closing in the morning were very loud and frequent (not sure if we were near housekeeping maybe), but would have been difficult to sleep through with the noise coming into the room so clearly. Other than that, there were only a few very minor bits of damage in the room. Everything else was comfortable, clean, and pleasant. Would stay here again.

We checked in for 2 nights for a baseball tourney....we came back to the hotel after day 1 and our belongings were gone through and packed and behind the counter in the lobby.... Though I was clear on checkin that we were there for 2 nights, the hotel had us for one night. They did nothing to try to make it right... it was clear the stay was for 2 nights...no bill under the door that would even suggest it was for one night. We called the Police as we thought laws were broken by the hotel...the hotels response was not to provide us another room though they had one available.... the desk clerks did "all" they could do, which was nothing

Dear Ron,We apologize for any confusion in regards your booking.Your reservation came to our hotel though bed.com/Expedia for one night that was 10/13(Friday) checking out on 10/14(Saturday).As a part of our check-in process every guest needs to confirm all the information mentioned on the reservation is correct or the system will not let us check inn. I do see your initials and your signature confirming every detail.We contacted Expedia on your behalf just to make sure, what if our system did make an error and was there was a reservation for 2 nights, but Expedia did confirm that your reservation was indeed for 1 night only which was for the night of 10/13(Friday).Hotel is here for business, and we will not let any guest go away, but we were sold out for the night of 10/14(Saturday) and after calling you multiple times with no response nor any payment for that night, we were left with no other option but to secure your belonging in our storage room till you come to claim them. Also, Law enforcement advised you on same, as we did as well as Expedia did, if we do not have your reservation and you are non-contactable for payment and in this scenario even the Hotel was sold out, Hotel is left with no other option but to secure your belonging in our storage area.Hopefully I was able to clear your doubt. Feel free to reach out incase of any queries.

The first thing I noticed was a dead roach by the door that was being held open with a rock. Then we got to our room and there was a wolf spider in the shower. I have a 9 month old who crawls so this immediately made me uneasy. The next morning we work up with another wolf spider in the bathroom. As we left the room I noticed the roach was still there. When we came in that evening there was a giant roach on the wall and two more dead roaches in the hall.

We've stayed at many Comfort Hotels. This particular hotel needs some work. Pros: The staff was polite and helpful, the bed was comfortable, the A/C was cold, and the location was close to everything. Cons: Both room keys didn't work (we had to get a different key that worked one day but not the next), our T.V. was covered in a greasy/sticky substance that had to be cleaned by someone at the front desk, all hand-sanitizer stations were empty, the room refrigerator made a clicking sound all the time, the water pressure in the shower was very low, the room window had a giant crack and the outside screen was all torn up (these are cosmetic issues but can really make a hotel look run down). I would probably select a different hotel if I stayed in this area again.
