The owner is very kind. We felt more comfortable here than in a 4 or 5 star hotel! "I stayed at the Grand Mercure Ambassador Hotel Changwon for a friend’s wedding and absolutely loved my experience. The hotel and rooms were clean, ambience was calm and the staff were professional. Don’t expect them all to speak English and there is no free breakfast on the day of your check out. Breakfast was buffet and gourmet, and I loved the bathroom amenities and toiletries— that bidet (finger taps). Enjoyed the wedding which was also held at the hotel. All in all a solid 8.5/10."
