"The bed was clean and comfortable, but the bathroom floor was dirty. There were short black pieces of someone's hair scattered all over. Clearly, it was not cleaned between guests. This is not acceptable. Cleanliness is a number one priority. The front desk staff was kind and efficient. I was able to park right outside my room."
