The Space:

Each room features a private bathroom, fireplace, coffee maker, and sitting area. The rate includes coffee, parking, and the first load of firewood for each fireplace.



The property is surrounded by trees, pines, gardens, and the soothing sound of the river. Guests can enjoy various terraces, umbrellas, outdoor furniture, relaxation areas, and a jacuzzi on the premises.



Its location provides easy access to Avándaro, the Bridal Veil Waterfall, the lake, Monte Alto, and the historic center of Valle de Bravo.



The property consists of 10 independent rooms:

All with king-size beds and sofa beds

Two with private terraces.



All rooms have private bathrooms with showers, fireplaces, coffee makers, water, and sofa beds.



The house maintains the rustic architecture of Valle de Bravo, with stone, brick, and wood walls, traditional roofs, and large windows overlooking the forest. Outside, you'll find gardens, pathways winding through plants, terraces, lounge chairs, umbrellas, and various spaces for gathering or relaxing.

By booking the entire property, your group will have access to all 10 bedrooms and the following common areas:

Access is limited to guests registered on the reservation.



The Neighborhood:

The property is located in Fontana Brava, within Avándaro, a wooded residential area of ​​Valle de Bravo surrounded by tall pine trees, gardens, and nature. It's a tranquil setting, ideal for relaxing, breathing fresh air, and disconnecting from the hustle and bustle of the city.



Nearby, you'll find restaurants, cafes, local shops, and attractions like the Velo de Novia Park. You'll also have easy access to the lake, the pier, downtown Valle de Bravo, artisan markets, and various outdoor and water activities. It's an excellent location to enjoy the peace and quiet of the forest without being far from the area's main attractions.



Getting Around:

To explore Avándaro and Valle de Bravo more easily, we recommend arriving by car, as the attractions are spread throughout the area. The property offers free parking; when booking a room, space is provided for one vehicle, and when booking the entire house, up to 10 cars can be parked.



Local taxis are also available to take you to downtown Avándaro, downtown Valle de Bravo, the lake, or places like Velo de Novia waterfall. For short walks, you can enjoy the natural surroundings, although for longer trips, a car or taxi is preferable. We recommend using GPS to track your location and driving carefully on the wooded and hilly roads in the area.



Other Things to Note:

The first load of firewood for each fireplace is also included.



The jacuzzi is located in a common area and will be used by the group members according to their schedules and operating rules.



The temazcal (traditional sweat lodge), massages, and outdoor activities are not included in the rate.



The property is situated in a natural, wooded environment. You may encounter humidity, leaves, insects, animal sounds, the sound of the river, and paths with steps or uneven terrain.



The concierge staff will be available to provide any assistance you may need. Security personnel are stationed at the parking entrance so guests can easily identify them and request assistance when required.

Our team will be available before and during your stay to assist with the arrival process, room assignments, and any questions related to the property.
