Excelente alberca, aun haciendo mucho frío en Toluca el área esta agradable climatizada para estar en traje de baño. Mi hijo se lo pasó ¡Súper!

No contrates por internet o te transan

en general bien, el unico inconveniente es que en al hacer la reservacion en la pagina de Hoteles.com dice que incluye desayuno, pero al solicitar eldesayuno la persona de recepcion dijo que cuando se hace la reservacion por internet sea cual sea la aplicacion no inluye desayuna, el costo es de $150.00 por persona, lo tome por la comodidad de estar ya ahi y no tener que salir a buscar, no lo recomiendo, el jugo es agua saborizada, los guisados pocos y no de buen sabor, muy poca variedad, lo unico rescatable fue la atencion del 'ersonal del restaurante, por lo tanto no lo recomiendo y menos si haces las reservaciones por internet.

La alberca está climatizada y muy agradable. El personal amable pero el restaurante muy limitado. El capitán de meseros se esforzó por conseguirnos café porque no había en el restaurante. Las camas muy limpias y cómodas.

El hotel es bueno, el personal tiene una atención increíble, pero también es importante mencionar que el hotel está en remodelación, las almohadas estaban hechas bolas fue lo único que no me gusto

nos gusto mucho la habitación muy amplia, limpia, la alberca templada fue lo mejor porque llevamos a nuestros hijos y pudieron nadar muy a gusto, los desayunos muy ricos, tuvimos solo un detalle a la llegada buscando la habitación ya la habíamos encontrado estábamos por abrir y se acerco un señor personal del hotel pregunta que habitación le dimos el numero nos dijo que era mas adelante y nosotros le dijimos que era esa y nos dijo que no que mas adelante y después ve el # de habitación y nos dice como si nosotros fuéramos los equivocados desde el principio " a ver es esta señor" pero de ahí todo muy bien

Han mejorado mucho en el mantenimiento del hotel y sigue siendo un hotel familiar, comodo y a precio razonable. La albera templada es ideal para los niños. El personal es muy amable.

En general las instalaciones son viejas. Cuando llegue el baño estaba sucio, el techo esta sin pintar. Al bañarse se tapó porque el agua no se va, súper incómodo ojalá lo arreglen es el cuarto 402. El olor de cuarto era peculiar, viejo.
