"Our first visit to Marbella and stay at the Gran Marbella Hotel & Beach Club was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed warmly by the staff and instantly made to feel relaxed and valued. Check-in was seamless, and being greeted with a glass of champagne was a fantastic touch that immediately set the tone for the weekend. The level of service throughout our stay was genuinely outstanding. Every member of staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and the attention to detail across the hotel was incredibly impressive. The hotel itself is stunning — beautifully designed, spotless throughout, and offering a true luxury experience while still feeling comfortable and relaxing. From the rooms and pool areas to the restaurants and beach club, every part of the property is exceptionally well maintained. The location is also perfect, allowing you to enjoy everything Marbella has to offer while still feeling peaceful and exclusive. We booked this trip for a relaxing long weekend, and it delivered exactly that. The calm, luxurious atmosphere made it easy to completely switch off and enjoy every moment. This was genuinely one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had, and we honestly couldn’t fault a single thing. "Breakfast is excellent. Plenty to choose from and lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. Option to sit outside Plenty of very helpful staff Well maintained pool are with comfortable loungers and a part of the beach is sectioned off for hotel guests. Bedrooms are spacious and well equipped and bathroom is great. We were lucky to have a bath tub and a separate shower. Also lovely Molton brown toiletries. Great linen and super comfortable beds "

"A very pleasant and historical hotel. Decor and architecture were top notch. The rooms were clean and well maintained. There were nice seating areas both upstairs and downstairs outside. Pool and bar were very good. The staff were very good and the restaurant staff very friendly and pleasant. Frank and Laura some of our servers were very professional and friendly and the food was good and well priced. There was a serviceable gym. The hotel was outside the main part of Malaga about 35 minutes away but there was a bus 19 every 30 minutes. The bus stop was via the back of the hotel across an industrial area. We were lucky that we came in by bus from the city as it is not obvious. The main reason I have given 4 stars rather than 5 is that the location is in an industrial area with no walkable activities outside the hotel. Access walking across the industrial park looked uncared for with overgrown grass and minimal lighting. Breakfast was also not included in our booking. "
