A Swedish gem just 30 minutes from Landvetter airport. Stunning cluster of industrial brick buildings housing hotel, restaurant and high quality shops. You can take a lovely walk up to to Tollered and the factory buildings there. There is also a spa with saunas plus dock for swimming and various water sports.

Our stay here was one of those wonderful serendipitous experiences that make travel fun. We decided to stay away from Gothenburg on a holiday weekend night when accommodations were tight and discovered Naas Fabriker Hotel. It is located on a beautiful lake about 30 minutes from Gothenburg. The hotel is new, has an attractive design and an excellent restaurant, plus shops and a cafe. We saw a number of small wedding parties and families at the hotel and it was clear that people who live in the area also enjoy going to the hotel for celebrations. The town of Alingsas, known for its Fika cafes, is not far away and was a nice side trip. We took buses and taxis for transportation, but next time I would rent a car to more easily get to the hotel and explore other areas near the lake.

Lovely hotel in a charming environment
This place completely exceeded our expectations! It was just what we wanted, a lovely and comfy getaway by a lake to find some peace of mind. The room was amazing, very spacious, great bed and we got lucky to have the best view over the lake. Dinner at the restaurant was perfect, friendly service, outstanding food and drinks. The environment around the hotel is also charming indeed. Due to covid restrictions, one has to book the spa in advance and only for 90 mins per stay. The badhuset was very nice even though one of the saunas was out of order and it was the one with the best view. Breakfast could be improved but very good anyway. All in all, highly recommended.

A modern hotel with rustic charm and character
The hotel was a pleasurable surprise when I finally arrived. Having spent a lot of time travelling in the day I didn’t arrive until 8pm, so didn’t really see the external buildings and surrounding till the morning. My room was very spacious (336), which had a separate lounge area with high ceilings and modern furnishings and lighting. I used the gym which was well equipped. Breakfast was superb with all options catered for and very good quality. With out a doubt I would return to Fabrika Hotel the next time I’m in town! Thank you.

Everything was very good except the accessibility of the hotel lobby to the parking area was poor. There was no way to drive up to the hotel lobby to make bag drop and return to the vehicle easy. Had to walk a relatively long distance, in the rain. Totally out of line with what is expected of a nice facility such as this.

Great location by the lake, adequate parking, good public transport links, excellent facilities including local Deli & Café, Shops and well as being in a historic Cotton Mill setting. What's not to like. Would definitely stay again soon.

Great resort hotel, problem with Expedia booking.
We were looking forward to this hotel stay, but even though we had pre-paid our rooms through Expedia months in advanced, the hotel told us they could not comply with our room choices (one double room, one room with two separate twin beds for four people). Instead the only available rooms were two double rooms. Fine for the married couple, not so great for two other unrelated people. Hotel claims problem was with Expedia even though I had my original booking paper with me. Otherwise this is a classy hotel with two saunas,each with view of lake, hot tubs, beautiful views, great breakfasts, etc.

What a fabulous place. If you want to do sight seeing constantly while in Gothenburg, the is not the place for you. But if you are willing to drive outside of the city, this is a gem. Beautiful scenery, excellent spa pools, and a great restaurant.

Great hotel, was top notch and a lovely room except the TV reception was poor - strange for such a high end hotel. The hotel does alot of conferences so don't book your table at The restaurant for the same time as several conferences arrive or service will be slow! - to be expected at such a place. The bath house was definitely a highlight - make sure you don't miss it! Fantastic location and interesting historical site

Great stay just off the motorway.
Fantastic stay with the lake and bath house highlights. Sitting in chair with a beer by the water in the evening was a delight. Restaurant food was excellent, although staff seemed reticent to serve. Much more interested in clearing tables that were not used again that night than taking our order. Some large groups of girls sports teams staying at the same time who were intrusive and rude. Breakfast was standard Swedish fare but well presented. Rooms were poorly soundproofed, I could hear phone alarm on vibrate from next door's room and wooden floors transmit every footstep. Although these are small nitpicking things this class of hotel should be ironing them out but I repeat that we had a fantadtic stay.

Absolutely Amazing Experience!
Going out of the country for the first time can be extremely overwhelming. The staff at the Naas Fabriker were truly amazing. We got to know them all very well. They were patient, kind and sooo courteous. I can not say enough wonderful things about them all. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The breakfast buffet is out of this world. The hot tub overlooking the lake at sunset is just breath taking. I highly highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Sweden

A true boutique hotel experience
This was the best hotel of our entire trip - quiet, cool and huge loft room! Out teens loved the room and the layout. We loved the breakfast, the location and the vibe. Really an exceptional property! We can't wait to come back! Comfortable beds and pillows, huge mechanized blackout curtains, beautifully converted factory. Bathroom even had a tub!
