Lovely old hotel in historic city
The girl on the check-in desk was wonderful and was like that during my stay. Unfortunately she had her days off before I left and I missed her sunny disposition. Breakfast cost was €10. Breakfast lady was lovely. Sites were within walking distance from the hotel. Room was comfortable. No tea or coffee making facilities within the room.

This Place Is A Dump!
This place is a dump. Reception dude told us curtly when we tried to check in that he was busy and that we had to wait. We then realized that he was watching TV on his computer. The room reeked of mildew. We found a “real” hotel, pulled our stuff out of the Eurico and had a great visit to Toledo. We gladly let them keep the rental fee. DON’T EVEN CONSIDER IT!

Fantastic Hotel! Perfect for those who need a good bed and a clean bathroom at a good price. Very clean and quite. Cool AC. Location was great near the Cathedral and found it centrally located and easy walking to most attractions. Surroundings felt very safe at all times. Staff was very friendly. We did not try the breakfast service and preferred eating out. Good modern elevator for the suitcases or tired legs. Will definitely recommend.

We stayed at Hotel Eurico in November, so Toledo was cold. The comfortable bed got a little cold in the night too, though the hotel was generally warm, but we didn't use the extra blankets that were in the cupboard. Nonetheless, we would stay here again, as it's in a great location for the price, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. A couple of things to note, there are no tea/coffee facilities in the room, and the bar shown in the Hotels.com ad is not to be found at this hotel!

Great value, peace and quiet, but close to all!
Quiet, easy bilingual check-in, super dark rooms! Great location, within a 10 minute walk of everything. Being close to the cathedral gives it an easy target point in case you get lost in the windy streets of Toledo! I would definitely stay here again. Great value!

Big room, bed was a little firm but ok. Parking is off site but you need to drive through the little streets- compact car required. We had no problems navigating and it was close by. Attractive hotel in the old city. Would recommend

Heart of Toledo
I was pleasantly surprised knowing how old and crowded Toledo is to find this hotel with character and modern amenities. It deserves three stars for its location- it couldn’t be more convenient for visiting the Cathedral. Everything else is an easy walk if you don’t get lost in the maze of medieval streets. You don’t want to try to get there in anything but a compact car because the streets are so narrow but my gps got me straight to the front door. We had to unload and move the car quickly because I was blocking the one lane street. Parking was not convenient but not a problem for us. Do not expect luxury but if you understand that it’s hard to find a big fancy hotel in this location and you’re willing to sacrifice space for being in the heart of a fantastic place to visit then I recommend this hotel. I know that if I go back to Toledo I’ll stay here again.

I liked where the property was located. There was no wifi in my room. One of the receptionist, Fernando was not accommodating. I requested a free breakfast for the inconvenience. No dice. He was rude, patronizing and unprofessionaism. Like many people, I chose this place for the price. We had a heat wave. There was no refrigerator in the room or hotel for us to use.

Good but could be better.
The location of the hotel was excellent and reception very good. Room OK but spoilt by poor quality towels and the smallest tv I have ever seen. Vehicle access to the hotel difficult because narrow roads. We parked elsewhere and took a taxi.

Excellent place and location.
Spacious room and bathroom. Very clean. Only a minute walk to the Cathedral. Excellent staff. I did not have their breakfast, so I don’t know how it is.

Yeah Alphonso!!!
Alphonso was over the top with service and suggestions. He arranged a guide for the alcazar which was a moorish mosque and later became a cathedral after many expansions thru the centuries. He provided us with suggestions to eat as well. The hotel is very conveniently located in the historic city. Parking is provided by the hotel and is accessed there by Using an elevator. He so graciously retrieved our car at check out as spaces is very limited in their garage.

Traditional Hotel
This is a great little hotel to stay in, It is right in the heart of the old town and surrounded by all the history Toledo has to offer. The bars and restaurants are all very close and reasonable in price. If you arrive by train then get a taxi to take you to the hotel as they will find it quicker than you! Once there it is easy to navigate your way around.

Good value hotel right in the centre of Toledo
Apart from the very unfriendly member of staff that manned the reception desk during the day, I couldn't fault this hotel. Right in the centre of Toledo with views of the cathedral and across the city, this was excellent value for money

Hotel was rated as 3*. maybe a weak 2* at best. Don't bring car into Toledo, impossible to park, garages expensive, street are really narrow and hilly, dangerous. Hotel WIFI not good or available in some parts of hotel. Breakfast is on the low end.

Tiny room in a good location
The hotel is half a block from a major square, and a block and a half from the main cathedral - so the location is pretty good. The room was clean and functional. But, it was small, and felt smaller than it actually was. Some of the staff were very friendly, some definitely weren't. The price is good. BUT, I got the impression talking to other people visiting Toledo that you can get a better room for the same price.

Excellent location a couple of minutes from the cathedral. WIFI was extremely weak. Had to sit in hallway to get a useful signal. Hairdryer only functioned for 30 seconds at a time before over heating.Room was dated, but clean.

Small but clean room. Balcony with view. Minimum toiletries present. One sachet of shower gel and one tiny soap per day was insufficient. Basic breakfast included. Appeared that receptionist was in charge of providing breakfast, thus long waits for coffee etc even though only a few customers was annoying.

A pleasant stay
I had room 102 on the ground floor for two nights. It was large and comfortable. Only one other room in that area of the hotel so there was thankfully not much noise from other guests. Wifi was good. The air conditioning did not have temperature adjustment and was set at very cold, so I had it on and off during my time in the room. The check in lady was pleasant, however at check out it was a different lady and she was pretty rude!!

Walk Through History
First of all, in most medieval Spanish cities, don't drive ! The streets are exceedingly narrow, parking is a nightmare and an expensive racket when you find a garage. Next time we'll fly to the airport southwest of Madrid, take the bullet train to Toledo, take a cab to the Hotel Eurico and walk to a lot of the 103 historical marvels. The hotel was very pleasant with friendly staff. It lost a point on the weak WiFi ("WEE-fee")

Nice hotel, good location.
Only had a night in Toledo, and Eurico was the perfect place for it. It's not right on the main plaza, so not too crowded, but is a stone's throw from the Cathedral, and right between the Alcazar and El Greco and Sephardic museums distance-wise. Room was comfortable, although a little small (it's Toledo, so nothing is huge in the old city). I would stay here again if I'm back in Toledo. (Quick note if you take a cab and don't speak Spanish - Show the driver the name written down or give a street name - English speakers may pronounce it in such a way that sounds like you want Hotel El Greco to the locals.)

Exllent service & close to all must-see sights
The hotel stuff was very nice and always ready to help. The only problem was that they almost don't speak any English and it was hard to communicate with them. The only problem with hotel himself is that the rooms are very small, 3 by 3 meters. Overall it is excellent hotel and I recommend it.

it was good enough for the price. the location was great, it is on a quiet street yet it's very close to cathedral and shopping streets. the room was very plain but it was clean. one thing which let me down was that a receptionist had this attitude of 'i don't want to know about you'. no explanation about breakfast, internet, nothing on arrival. another receptionist in later days of my stay was very helpful and printed out some documents for me.
