This hotel was so luxurious and over all just an amazing experience in your stay. The staff members were so kind and helped us with our every need and the restaurant food was delicious. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Toledo anytime soon.

Breakfast is very good, this is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed. Self parking is included.walking time to the old city gates is about half an hour. This hotel used to be a palace.

Overall, we had a great stay and there was a lot to enjoy, but there were a few things that could definitely have been better. The pool area itself was lovely, however there never seemed to be anyone around taking drinks orders. The pool bar is also located outside of the pool area, which isn’t particularly convenient when it’s over 30°C and you have to keep drying off and leaving the area just to get a bottle of water or a drink. There was also quite a noticeable sewage smell in some of the corridors during our stay, which wasn’t pleasant. Unfortunately, the spa had no treatment availability at all for the entire time we were there, which was disappointing. We also paid to use the indoor spa pool, which is advertised as heated, but the water wasn’t warm at all, so it didn’t really feel worth the additional cost. Breakfast had a good selection, but the eggs and potatoes from the buffet were consistently cold whenever we had them. None of these things ruined our stay and overall we did enjoy the hotel, but they are definitely areas that could be improved, particularly for a 5 star hotel of this standard.

I had an excellent stay here at Palacio Buenavista. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable. Easy access to taxi and train. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel whenever visiting Toledo!

A tourists treat

A few min drive to the old town, this property provided a nice break from the large number of tourists. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great parking available below ground and the breakfast buffet was delicious with great variety.

Beautiful hotel. Really 5*. Only issue was the distance from centre of Toledo. Factor in €12 per taxi trip to centre. Courtesy bus would IMO trove attractiveness Lovely pool and views of Tagus Great restaraunt within walking Jardin Casa de tabordo . Cross over pedestian bridge to get there 12 mins walk Didn't try the restaurant. Was close ed one of our night's

Attractive property and room

Very attractive property and room. The hotel is not in walking distance of town. That being said, there’s a very nice walking trail nearby. The dining room service and menu was terrible for lunch and dinner. The breakfast was very good. The spa treatment was ok. Price was good but it was not a deep tissue massage. Also,you have to pay an additional 30€ to use the spa facilities even if you have a treatment. This hotel is a nice choice if you rent a car or cab into town and then relax by the pool (freezing) in the afternoons.
