Adorable!

This house is adorable! It was very clean and surprisingly roomy! Close to the highway which made it easy to drive downtown for a concert.

Home away from home

My family of eight adults and two children rented this home while in Toledo for my niece’s wedding. We found everything well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We especially enjoyed the coffee bar, where two of us could sit and chat over coffee while still being part of the family conversations in the living room and dining room. Should we find ourselves looking again for lodging in the Toledo area, we will be back. I recommend this home to travelers in the area.

Comfortable Home

This is a lovely house and the living room was perfect for visiting with friends. The house was very clean with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. It is a very nice home for a group or larger family. Just be aware that there is no bathroom on the second floor. However, the finished basement has a nice full bathroom.

Beautiful Renovated Home

Beautiful and clean renovated home, while keeping the charm of the home’s era. We unfortunately had an emergency and had to cut our stay short. The owner was responsive and easy to communicate with. Thank you for hosting our family.

Comfortable and welcoming

Stayed here for Mom's celebration of life. Very relaxing and cozy. Nice place to decompress from emotional days. The house is well cared for and clean. Had an issue with the microwave but response was quick. It could use some large serving bowls. Very happy with our stay. Would recommend to others.

Home away from home for big event!

We were in town for our son's graduation at UT Law School. The house is well stocked, beautifully decorated and plenty of room for a large family. We had 6 stay with us and 4 others at a local hotel. We had plenty of room for a family breakfast. Everyone talked about how comfortable the beds were. We loved the house and the location was in a quiet neighborhood but just 67 minutes from campus and close to other attractions. Highly recommend! Thanks for the use of your beautiful home for such a big event in our lives.

Short trip to Toledo

On the outside the house looks small, but it is very spacious on the inside. Place was very clean and well stocked with kitchen essentials and bathroom had plenty of towels, etc…. The only thing that was a negative was, the 1st floor bathrooms water pressure was low and the downstairs bathroom was a bit undesirable. But it was manageable and they were both very clean. The beds were super comfortable. We would definitely recommend this place. The Host was very pleasant when we reached out to him. Thank you,,,

Cozy Toledo Home

We loved this home! It was so cozy and beautifully decorated! We had 10 adults and there was plenty of space to gather. The furniture is very comfortable and the bedrooms are big. The beds were very comfortable, everyone slept great!! The backyard is fenced in, it’s a great space for kids. If you have small ones bring portable gates for the stairs. There are not a lot of knickknacks for small ones to get into. We were in Toledo for the solar eclipse and if we return we will absolutely book again! Restaurants and shopping are less than 10 minutes away. Toledo zoo is 12 minutes away and it was such a beautiful zoo. Imagination station is also nearby.. This beautiful home was built in 1939, they updated it but still kept the charm. Everyone was impressed! The home met and exceeded all of our expectations! Thank you to our hosts for sharing your home with us. I think your home is a diamond in the rough. Thanks again!!

Overall ok however we found the lack of mirrors in the bedrooms for the ladies to do thier makeup a problem. There was a shortage of spoons.

Ohio Christmas

Our hosts were wonderful. I had mentioned that my family had chosen Toledo as a central location for a late Christmas gathering. They even had a small Christmas tree! We had a wonderful time and enjoyed imagination station with the littles as a recommendation. Would come again.

Over all the property was nice. It was very clean and well kept. All the major rooms had TV ,s which was nice. Majority of the doors had issues closing . The main level was cold, basement was cold.The up stairs was hot.

Beautiful home!

We stayed at the property to celebrate my sister's 30th birthday. It is an absolutely BEAUTIFUL home. The decorations were lovely, couch and beds were insanely comfortable. Check in process was very smooth and you can tell the owners take great care in their property. We had an amazing time. The only critique I have, is super small. There were only 2 extra rolls of toilet paper which went fairly quickly. However, we could've just prepared so that might be on us! Overall, had a wonderful time and would love to visit again in the future!
