The house is very comfortable featuring all teak wood windows, doors and kitchen cabinetry. A large palapa with hammock, outdoor bamboo shower and covered parking. Arrangements can be made to have the house catered with food and drink. Also a local cook can make meals. Boat trips are available for surfing and fishing. Horses are also available for riding around the development or touring the local area.
