- Kick back in a private, clean two-bedroom home on more than one fully fenced acre in the heart of Nicaragua’s Tola surf zone. The home is designed for privacy, with a large grassy yard, a gated vehicle entrance, and a separate walk-through and bicycle gate. Playa Santana and Playa Jiquilite are about a five-minute walk away, and two adult beach-cruiser bicycles are available for guest use. The property is centrally located along the beach road serving Playa Santana’s main and most consistent surf peaks. Guests have access to the entire home and fenced grounds.
