We are sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay with us. However your reservation was made for 2 people in a standard double room with one queen bed, yet you arrived with 3 people. We have a strict occupancy policy to ensure the comfort of our guests and that the rooms/hotel are not overcrowded. In cases where guests arrive with more people than the reservation allows we either offer an upgrade to a family room, if available, or we must refuse the reservation because the information was not accurate. In this case there were no other rooms, because it was a busy holiday weekend. Instead we made an exception for you and allowed all of you to stay in a room meant for only 2 people. We advised it would not be up to our comfort standards but you requested to stay anyway. We are sorry that you didn't enjoy the stay more but if given accurate information we are confident that we can provide you with a better experience in an appropriate sized room for your party.

We only offer fresh seafood dishes, so unfortunately if the fisherman don't have anything fresh then we won't offer any specials that day. The standard menu is always available. The surf crowd has been ecstatic, but the waves have eroded most of the sand for the moment. We should be back to a full sandy beach by December/January . We hope to see you again.

Outside of surfing many of our guests enjoy fishing charters, horseback riding, massages, hiking tours, and simply walking and swimming on the beach that is just steps away. We're sorry that you didn't have an opportunity to experience any of these great activities.

Hola Juan. Deseamos que haya tenido una mejor experiencia durante su estadía. Las habitaciones se limpian a diario y se inspeccionan antes del check-in de cada huésped. Lamentamos que el baño no haya estado a la altura de sus estándares. Verificaremos con el servicio de limpieza para ver qué pudo haber salido mal. Desafortunadamente, debido a que se encuentra en una parte remota de Nicaragua, la electricidad puede fallar ocasionalmente, especialmente en la temporada de viento. Pero tenemos un generador que encendemos que permite que las funciones básicas de luces, ventiladores, etc. sigan funcionando hasta que regrese la energía principal. Por respeto a los demás huéspedes del hotel, no permitimos el uso de parlantes privados. El restaurante toca una variedad de música durante todo el día y la música que compite al mismo tiempo puede ser desagradable. Sin embargo, la playa está a solo unos pasos y eres libre de llevar tu música allí. Esperamos que disfrute de sus futuros viajes.
