"For most people it’s a once in a lifetime experience as it was for us.
Good food, the onsen was not so good, ceremonies, which due to our lacking Japanese we couldn’t understand. But all in all a great experience.
It was rather cold in the temple. "

"This traditional Japanese Inn is thoroughly modern with excellent facilities, rooms, Michelin quality food, and helpful staff. We want to call out ‘Mikki’ who was super kind and helped us with any language barriers we had. The entire restaurant staff was amazing and we are grateful to meet the chef. The onsens were also wonderful. A room here with breakfast and dinner included is an excellent value."

"The nearest dining place is 30mins drive and there's nothing to eat in the hotel tho there's a restaurant in the hotel but it's not open. We have to clear our own trash. Staff do not speak english.bed is hard and pillow to thin and soft."

"This was the second hotel I stayed at during my first trip to Osaka. I was there for two nights on the 29th floor. The room was amazing and offered a great view overlooking Namba Park and what I believe was Den Den Town. The Christmas decorations being set up were a nice touch, and I appreciated being invited to the Christmas tree lighting ceremony as well."
"My wife and I have stayed here quite a few times.
The staff are courteous, helpful and the room, although on the small side, is perfectly acceptable and always spotless."
"A convenient hotel with wonderful views of Osaka and very friendly, helpful staff! There is a train station across the street, food options and a public bath on site, and plenty of other amenities. It is clean, modern, and a great choice!"
"Great location close to the airport and Rinku Premium Outlets. The onsen is clean and relaxing — perfect after shopping or a long flight. Comfortable stay and very convenient!"
