First time in NYC so we don’t have anything to compare it to but the customer service was 10/10. Everyone from front desk staff to housekeepers were so kind. The facility and rooms were so clean. They offered laundry service at a very reasonable rate, much cheaper than LaundryHeap and other laundry services. We always felt safe walking to and from subway even later in the evening. We booked the king room with a terrace and the view was awesome! Truly enjoyed our stay and will be back in the spring with our daughters!

Property is in a reasonably safe neighborhood, reasonably clean, a little outdated with loose fixtures and broken coffee maker but I wasn't there for the amenities, I was there to have a place to lay my head and that's what it provided at a reasonable cost

Great location and the rooms are immaculate. On my many stays, this is the first time a doorman greeted me upon arriving and leaving the hotel( he recognized me throughout my stay). My only suggestions is that staff should greet and acknowledge guest coming and going. Read up on The Ritz Carlton customer service philosophy. I still fully recommend The Lombardy.

"Tucked away on a side-street, it is a bit hard to find without GPS coordinates: 41.87921, 72.93422 It is apparently one of the best places in town. Helpful staff but very little English. Newly constructed and quiet except for construction noise during the daylight hours. Ping-pong table. No restaurant ..."
