"The property its self is ok. It is obvious that the cleaning of this condo is lacking and has been for many months if not years. I notified company and they promised me a refund of cleaning deposit. Then they lied and said we kicked their cleaning lady out. We did not kick her out. She said she was done with her cleaning and just waiting for sheets in the dryer to make a bed. We told her we could make the bed and she could go if she was done with everything else. She assured us she was done...

"This property was the perfect space for us, our friends, and our kiddos. Communication, check-in, and check-out were easy and quick. They even provided early check-in without us even asking! "This studio apartment has great views and daylight. In the heart of town above a coffee shop and art gallery with boat dock out the window view. The kitchen had everything we needed. Great Heritage museum across the street, and The Carriage Museum in nearby Raymond is worth a visit. The tavern has live music a couple doors away, that can be heard, just so you know. We enjoyed our stay at this special place."

"It was a nice roomy place but certainly doesn't have good beach view and the light house is on shore look alike light house . It is located close to the beach with easy trails down to the beach but the room itself sits over the parking area looking over to the ocean. Easy check in and out."
