The staff at this hotel were amazing. We needed quite a bit of help with luggage and taxis and the staff was extremely patient and helpful especially Saito who helped us arrange and re-arrange logistics. So glad we stayed here. Great facilities, even more amazing staff!

Nice stay with good onsen, perfect for families and young children. Buffet breakfast and dinner good but could do with some rotational options, first impressions of the outside of the hotel aren’t great like something out of the shining but inside is fairly modern some aspects still need modernising, overall pretty pleasent
