Everything was great except the bed. The matress and bedding was very uncomfortable. The bed itself sounded unstable. This is my third 3rd time staying at this hotel and the first issue or dislike i have had.

Springhill Suites Phoenix Glendale Sports & Entertainment District
Room was clean, quiet, and had what we needed. Did miss breakfast as the window is pretty short but no big deal. Beds were comfortable and they give you plenty of pillows. Bathroom towels were also full sized so that

Very clean, great amenities, good communication when there was a question. Well appointed, great location walking distance to Westgate area. Minor maintenance issues with tub draining needing a fix - only reason not a 5⭐️
