Das Haus ist im Allgemeinen im guten Zustand.

Das Haus ist im Allgemeinen im guten Zustand. Aber, wie 2025 als ich dort war, wieder Zigarettenkippen in einem Glas auf dem Tisch auf der Terrasse. Ich weiss ja nicht wer der geraucht hat aber das waren viele. Und an den Regenschutz hat sich auch nichts geändert, der war lose und hing runter. Fenster rechts. Gut ist, eine Wallbox.
