Welcome to your 5-star retreat, Chalet Foret, perched on the sunny slopes of Todtnauberg. Enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape—on clear days, you can even see the Alps.



Chalet Foret is part of a newly built semi-detached house in traditional timber construction, offering 200 sqm of living space across three floors. From the ground floor, step out onto the spacious, sunlit balcony.



New: Starting April, unwind and recharge in the on-site sauna.



The high-quality furnishings and generous space ensure the utmost comfort. The open-plan living and dining area is filled with natural light from large panoramic windows and offers direct balcony access. The fully equipped kitchen adjoins a dining area with seating for eight. Relax on the comfortable leather sofa in the living room.



The entire house features underfloor heating and elegant wood-look tiles. The main entrance is on the ground floor, where a reserved garage with charging station awaits you.



Three bedrooms comfortably sleep up to seven guests. The two upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with a rain shower and bathtub, while the downstairs bedroom has its own bathroom.



Chalet Foret is set away from noise and traffic, making it the perfect base to explore the idyllic Black Forest. Expansive landscapes and stunning views await.

Beautiful house, it was roomy, amazing views and a wonderful host

Pros: The house is very new, beautifully furnished, and everything has been thought of. The location is stunning with an incredible view, and from the house and nearby surroundings, you can take beautiful walks. The hostess was also very friendly and takes care of everything for you. She was even kind enough to do and hang up our laundry. It is highly recommended, and we would love to come back again. Cons: Actually, there is nothing we didn't like; it's truly fantastic there and a 100% recommendation.

New house in fantastic location for touring the Black Forest

Pros: Basically, we enjoyed a most delightful 9-day stay at the house. Everything was spotlessly clean and the entire house is invitingly decorated. Rosie, who looks after the property, was so helpful and informative. We were forced to change our travel itinerary and the owners and Rosie worked very hard to accomodate our desire to arrive 5 days earlier than booked. The kitchen is very well equiped with everything one might want. The bedrooms and bathrooms are excellent, the furniture is super comfortable and high quality. The views from the property are stunning. The larger town of Todtnau is only a 10-minute drive away and there you'll find grocery stores, banks, eateries and other stores. Overall, we could not have enjoyed our stay any more than we did. Undoubtedly, one of the very best rental properties out of the over 100 properties we have stayed in. We were genuinely sad to leave.

A slice of paradise

Chalet Foret was a piece of heaven. The house was truly a marvel with everything one needed and cosy as well. Sitting on the balcony for meals and staring out over the serene valley capped a wonderful day of exploring the Black Forest. So many interesting areas to visit within a short drive and the only problem was having to leave this wonderful home to explore the area. I couldn't have been happier staying at Chalet Foret.

Sowohl das Ferienhaus als auch der Gastgeber waren mehr als erwartet

Pros: Das Ferienhaus hat unsere (hohe) Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fülte sich wie zu Hause an. Alles was wir benötigt haben war anwesend. Alles zusammen hatten wir dadurch ein sehr schönen Urlaub gehabt. Cons: Nichts 😀

Pros: Die große Terrasse ist klasse. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren nur positiv überrascht von der Unterkunft, sehr erholsam und ruhig. Auch in der Küche war alles was man braucht vorhanden. Das Chalet Foret werden wir (und haben wir bereits) weiterempfehlen ;-))

Chalet ultra-confortable, beau, terrasse avec vue montagne, tranquillité et confort.

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances en famille (cinq adultes), le chalet est tout neuf et ultra-confortable avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Toutes les pièces sont très spacieuses (les chambre, les salles de bain, la salle à manger et le salon ainsi que la terrasse), la cuisine a tout l'équipement électroménager, la vaisselle et les ustensiles pour cuisiner. Les lits sont confortables et ainsi que tous les sièges de la maison. Notre hôte Rosi nous a super bien accueilli et a été très attentionné avec nous tout le long du séjour (proposition de balade et de restaurant, prise de nouvelles pour savoir si tout allé bien) et en plus, elle propose de super massages à deux pas du chalet. En résume, nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette région entouré de lacs et de randonnées, nous recommandons le chalet pour son confort, sa tranquillité et sa situation.

Herzlichkeit und eine Wohlfühloase

Pros: Das Holzhaus ist in einer sehr schönen Hanglage gebaut und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet worden. Ein Ort zum wohlfühlen und wir konnten die Seele baumeln lassen. Die Küche lädt zum kochen und backen ein. Bei Fragen und Empfehlungen hat uns Rosi toll betreut. Wir konnten vom Haus aus sehr schön und abwechslungsreich wandern.
