"After a long travel from MIA to BOG then 4 hours driving to Girardot I ended stranded because when arrived to the property apparently the host have clue about the reservation I couldn’t talk with the host because the security guys at the gate didn’t allowed me to enter, That was the worst experience, tired after a long trip and unable to rest. At this point I’m expecting full refund "
