Disliked: Check-in
Everything about our stay was great except for the check-in process. The line was incredibly long and moved very slowly. We actually left and came back after 7:30 PM hoping it would be better, but the line was still long and the wait was still frustrating. It seemed like there simply weren’t enough people working the front desk to handle the number of guests checking in. Once we finally got through check-in, everything else was wonderful and we had a great time. Hopefully the check-in process can be improved because it was really the only downside to an otherwise great experience.
