Horrible experience
This vacation was such a horrible experience. The check in process was very suspicious and illegal. The house was really small and dirty. Everything was disgusting. There was nothing to clean with such as soap, etc. We had to cut our vacation short because we couldn’t stay at a place like this. 100% do not recommend

Great stay, close to all main attractions in the poconos
Great house, I thought it was going to be smaller than it was. First house I have stayed at in the poconos that had all linens, plates, cookware, etc. My only complaint was the jacuzzi, it had a lot of debris in it upon arrival (expected because it is covered by trees), I told the property manager, and she ordered a pool cleaner so that guests can clean at their convenience. Thank you!!

We enjoyed being there
This house is good for rent for couple days. This is private property so every time you enter the location you need to pass through the guard. Be sure to tell the guard about for how many days you supposed to stay at the place, otherwise you’ll provide your license everyday you enter again (it’s not a problem, but take your time). The location is good, it’s calm. We went to the lake near our place. We had jacuzzi. The water there was perfect temperature. The communication with host was very easy and quick. The only problem of this house was the cleaning ( when we entered we sweeped everywhere by ourselves and washed the dishes again (it was washed but not good). It would be better if someone dust the moldings before us but we just lifted like it was. But it took us additional 10 minutes so not a big problem, we don’t know why we experienced that. Sometimes it happens and the price we paid was not expensive so probably because of it. In general we enjoyed the weekends, we enjoyed the nature near us, we were able to have a fire outside, to cook and to watch TV. Every room has own thermostat, so it was the best way for everyone to make the desired temperature. Should I recommend this place to people? If you want to save some money it would be perfect for you. Or if you are not the one who’s hates dust:) But from my own experience it is always hard to find a perfect place for the rest if you don’t want to give all your money. So concentrate on good things and ENJOY!!!

At first glance this property seems nice
This property was certainly interesting. My group of three friends and I stayed here for the weekend. If we had stayed any longer, these accomodations would have been problematic. When you initially look at this place, it seems cute and updated. However, if you look just a little longer, you realize that this property is the typical flipped home. Pretty much everything in this home is a deep breath away from breaking. The steps are steep and not all the same size. If you're lucky, you can step on the exposed nail about halfway up. Further, none of the lights up stairs, with the exception of the bathroom light, work. When we arrived. I immediately messaged the local property manager. She apologized and then said someone would be by to fix it. No one ever came to fix the light. The bathroom upstairs was probably never supposed to be there. A very small stall shower with a shower head that was too big for it caused water to get all over the floor. It was weird to use. Downstairs, this common area was okay and the TV was very large. The flooring seems hastily put down and doesn't go all the way to the wall. You could see about an inch and a half of sub-floor. The heat also was cold downstairs while it was cookin upstairs. Also, there is no curtain or blinds on the sliding glass door. Check out instructions asked that hot tub be turned to ECO mode. We tried to find this setting for quite some time, but never discovered how to. I probably would not rent again.

Cute chalet for quick trip
The chalet is very cute. We went for a short girls weekend. The place is small but cozy. The hot tub is a nice feature. We enjoyed it while it was snowing. The home is older as most places in the Poconos are. Communication was easy and all questions were answered quickly.

Beautiful scenery
The cabin was awesome! The baseboard heat was a bit worrisome because on the first floor the baseboard is crammed by the sectional couch and the window shades are resting just on top of the heat source. We kept the heat off downstairs because we were worried about starting a fire. The last renters must have broken the frame of the kingsize bed on the first floor. We took pictures and sent it to the property manager who was very responsive. The place is nicely decorated, the jacuzzi is superb. The deck and fire pit is also very nice. Definitely recommend staying in this cozy little cabin!

Small 3 bedroom house in crappy neighborhood
This place was much smaller than it looks in the pictures. Definitely was not cleaned before we arrived and upon messaging the property manager the day before arrival, did not hear back all weekend. Not worth the money. Would go anywhere else next time I’m in the poconos.

Great Spot with some oddities
Debbie was a lovely host and very accommodating! We did find that it was difficult to find the linens, but this may have just been our naivety. Some local wildlife seem to have gotten into the trash from the neighboring houses but we were comfortable and clean in the spot. The porch is absolutely awesome as is the jacuzzi!
