Unleash your inner bartender at the fully stocked bar, complete with all necessary accessories.

* Children Game Room – This amazing children's game room is a paradise for kids of all ages. They can challenge each other on three arcade games, shoot hoops with the dual basketball game, enjoy fast-paced air hockey and foosball, or test their aim with electronic darts. A full-size ping-pong table adds to the excitement. For quieter moments, the children's theater area offers comfy beanbag chairs and bookshelves filled with popular board games, toys, and books. Relax and unwind in any of our well-appointed bedrooms, each featuring a large 55" to 65" smart TV. The primary bedroom is a haven of tranquility, with a king-size bed, a spa-like en-suite bathroom featuring a stand-alone shower and freestanding tub, and a generously sized walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 provides a comfortable queen-size bed and a walk-in closet. Bedroom 3 comfortably sleeps four with two sets of bunk beds (two twin over two full). Bedroom 4 offers a queen-size bed and a futon. Bedroom 5 is equipped with two full-size beds, a dedicated workstation, and a printer, perfect for business travelers.

Additional 6 passes/wristbands for community amenities (except pool). Extra daily pool pass is available from the PFCCA Member Services Office for $10 each.

SECURITY CAMERAS
For everyone’s safety & security, active video cameras are installed at the front entrance, driveway, backyard, and side basement entrance (on the exterior of the house only).

NO SHOES INSIDE THE HOUSE
To maintain a high standard of cleanliness for all of our guests, we request that guests leave shoes/boots on the shoe rack in the coat closet. Disposable slippers are provided for your convenience and comfort.

PET POLICY
We allow trained and well behaved pet. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring your pet, and it needs to be included it in the booking. We will provide you with our pet policy days prior to your arrival.
