Excellent service and spacious room. The Onsen is really great and the food is high quality. Once the shuttle bus from the hotel pick you up, you basically have to stay at the property for the hot spring and food.

サービス、食事、お風呂、お部屋、全て大満足でした。食事はブッフェにしましたが夕食はしゃぶしゃぶ食べ放題、朝食はカニ食べ放題で至福の時間を家族と共に過ごすことができました。 また伊勢旅行に参る際はまた宿泊したいと思います。

初めて利用させていただきましたが、到着時のスタッフのお出迎えもなく駐車場も荷物を入り口に下ろして勝手に止めに行きました。フロント前に来ても、椅子に座ってて下さいと言われ会員登録の必要かがある事を席に座って初めて知りました。もう少しフロントのスタッフの対応が欲しかったです。ただスタッフの方の対応はよかったですし、ホテルに関しては問題なく快適に過ごす事ができました。
