This is a beautiful property right on the beach. We loved our garden bungalow suite. It was clean, comfortable, and had a kitchenette so that we could cook. The breakfasts were served right at our terrace. The breakfasts do cost extra. They include croissants, bread, local jams, fresh fruit, yogurt, and bacon. It's a small, quiet resort that makes you feel like you've escaped the business of life. They have kayaks and snorkel gear you can use for free. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We would definitely stay here again.

Cook’s Bay is one of the most wonderful places we’ve ever stayed, and we’ve stayed at many fantastic places around the world. The staff was amazingly nice. The rooms were spotless. The beds were very comfortable. The air-conditioning worked. The showers were hot. The towels were first class. Most important for us was the amazing snorkeling right off the edge of the property and the amazing views of the beautiful mountains of Moorea. We saw sharks, turtles and rays along the beautiful coral reef that drops down like a cliff just off the water’s edge. The water was unbelievably clear and blue. The swimming pool was perfect. My only hesitation in writing this review is that it will encourage more people to go there when I would love for this to remain a secret.

Nice resort, clean food good in restaurant.

Did not use breakfast facilities, as we do not have breakfast. Front desk staff were excellent, as they gave us lots of ideas on what to see and do,

The resort was stunning. Fabulous location and views. Our room was clean, and suitable for staying a few nights. Limited drawers, hangers. Food was EXPENSIVE and we do not feel it was good value for the money. Service was inconsistent... depending on the wait staff. Overall the staff was very friendly spoke English and very accomodating. Would rate this higher if the food was priced better, meaning I think $75.00 CA per person Monday to Saturday and $105. pp on Sunday buffet. If you want to eat alacarte you need to order room service or grab something premade at a counter. Room service 3 egg omlette with toast + pancakes with a fruit sald + 2 coffee was $85. CA. Yes, hot, and came very quickly, but add 17 for delivery and tip and it adds up pretty quick.
