"Well, the room we had 928 on 9th floor. Air conditioner had a really strong smell of feces, so strong like sewer. We notified reception like 4 times. Person came to check but bad smell remains. So they were having some pipe problems so some were being changed but smell so bad. Finally they moved ..."

"I didn't like the fact that one of two elevators was always breaking down,we got stuck inside one time. we were afraid to use them didn't know when they would stop working , had to pay extra for parking, also had to pay for umbrellas service the hotel had service but it was extra where is the savings ..."
