"No ocean view, but pool was great"

"The staff was nice The beach was perfect They have the nicest beach beds on the strip The food was good Overall a very nice vacation Just one thing the rooms are not sound proof But we didnt mind its not always perfect"

"Bed was comfortable but the pillows were hard and lumpy. More than one roll of toilet paper a day would have saved us from visting the front desk to get other rolls during our stay. Didn't like only having cold water to shower in. Pools would look more inviting if the bottoms were painted blue instead of the off-gray colour. Ladies on the front desk and the beach bar were pleasant and attentative. More sun shades over the beach lounges would be good and they would stop the birds from dropping their phoop on 'you' and the beach lounges. Breakfast was good; hot and a good selection of foods. Good central location to downtown and restaurants. "

"Our room was beautiful! We could see the pool and a little of the beach and ocean. We had a rooftop terrace that we enjoyed relaxing in. The staff were all AMAZING! Everyone was very attentive, helpful, genuine, and happy. We especially loved the servers on the beach. Julietta was just the sweetest and always made us feel special. The food at the restaurant was also phenomenal. On the days we didn't feel like going far, we were perfectly content eating at the resort. We will definitely go back! "

We set up pick up transfer from the airport to hotel. There was some confusion on where the pick up was, they picked us up in friends and family zone… not taxi pick up area. "
