"From the moment we arrived at Diani Reef Beach Resort & Spa, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and looked after. Every member of the team was warm, attentive and incredibly professional – nothing was ever too much trouble. What stood out most for us was how personal the service felt: friendly smiles, remembering our preferences, and always checking that we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. They created a relaxed, homely atmosphere while still being very efficient. The room was spotless and well presented, the grounds are beautifully kept, and the facilities are excellent – but it’s really the people who take this hotel to another level. We left feeling very well cared for and would happily return. Highly recommended."

"We were allocated a very spacious room with 2 4 poster beds . Also had a sunny balcony on the mornings Rooms were cleans every day with fresh towels and free bottles of water supplied "

"There was amazing air con every time we walked into the room we almost got to cold when we arrived the the room was spotless and also offer's to clean your room at any point during your stay the bar and all the restraunts were outstanding with amazing food and drink.they also had a lovely view overlooking the beach and you could go and enjoy a day on the beach then staff at Diani sea resort were absolutely incredible they always were up for fun in joyful way ,they were extremely kind and helpful and always put as much time and effort as they can with a positive energy they also go out of their way to make really fun activities for both adults and kids. Overall this place was absolutely AWESOME 👍"
