4 Bedroom 350m2 Brand New Villa Aquilla with Pool, Jacuzzi and Sea View
Villa Aquilla is a brand new Villa with Sea and Bay view which offers a serene and private retreat in an setting which ensures that guests can fully unwind and enjoy their stay in privacy. Spanning 350m2, the villa combines Mediterranean charm with upscale amenities for a comfortable and elegant stay. Enjoy sunrises while drinking your morning coffee or a glass of your favorite wine while watching the sun set behind the horizon from the jacuzzi. Welcome and feel like in your home!
My place is consist of:
- Living Room equipped with big and comfortable Sofa, flat screen TV like private Terrace also
- Fully equipped Kitchen with all elements which is suitable for long and short stays
- Dining Area
- Private Pool next to which you will find a covered terrace with furniture
- On the first floor you will find 2 Master Bedrooms with King size Beds. Both rooms have private Balcony where Jacuzzi with Bay View is situated.
- 2nd floor has 2 more Master Bedrooms with Balcony which provide Postcard Views.
So there are 4 Master Bedrooms with King Size Beds.
My place also has Garage like Private Parking.
Also, at your request, if it is missing from the house, we can bring it if possible.
