Typical mid century Florida Block home built in 1956 during the Kennedy Space Center's original construction. Lush yard and surroundings. Corner lot providing relative privacy. Comfortable but not fancy. I offer Affordable family accommodations and am working on updating as I can.
**Please note : I and my 2 sweet and quiet dogs Peanut and Brownie live in an attached "In-Law" apartment next door. There is a door but you have a 1/4" Dead bolt lock on your side and it's locked on my side as well.
It is only used between guests for Housekeeping Services. Separate entrances ensure your privacy. I had a 4.8 out of 5 star rating on a comparable site. I communicate via text, ensuring your safety, and can happily recommend restaurants, viewing sites, etc, if requested.

Our family has stayed here twice before our cruises. Each time, it has been a delight! Spacious rooms, nice amenities, easy to find along with many other easies! Easy access, easy communication, easy-going landlord, easy nearby shopping, easy to relax, easy to find restaurants, and easy for an afternoon walk. The only thing this place lacked was a cooking sheet for our pizza (there was aluminum foil for the win though)! Quiet neighborhood but close to pharmacy/stores. Host was responsive and kind.

House was really clean and everything was as described. The bed I slept in was super comfortable. The only thing I would say is that it could use a few extra pillows and blankets for the 7/8 guest to make up the futon or the couch. Other than that it fit our needs perfectly.

Just What I needed for my stay

Having lived in Titusville for years and returning for my 50th High School reunion, staying here was a true stroll down memory lane!!This little duplex is spotless and well stocked. The bed was comfortable and clean. I never heard a single noise from the other side and parking under the carport was a huge plus. There was plenty of hot water and the shower water pressure was great. The A/C kept this little place at the perfect temperature and the TV was HUGE!!!If comfort and convenience are what you're looking for, then this is an incredible value! It's not fancy, but I didn't go to Titusville to sit around the house!!!

Great Value

This was a very comfortable house - beds, living room sofas, dining chairs. It is older and not updated, but everything worked well and was clean, and well stocked. Loved the turquoise microwave. 3 bedrooms for this price was outstanding.
