The 9 foot ceilings make space feel larger and open! Brand new LUX Vinyl flooring installed 2023 - Brand new Cal King mattress - and 32" TV for bedside viewing - oversized leather recliner love seat -perfect for watching movies together! Rain head shower with nice HOT water and pressure - even for those over 6 ft - So many upgrades - a true Retreat !! Just 13 miles from the beautiful Playalinda National Seashore, 5 miles from the Indian River, with big public boat ramp. Beach Chairs and Umbrella provided. Close to all the attractions, just 48 miles to Disney World, 26 miles to Cocoa Beach, and check out our adorable small town with lots of cafe's and shopping.
