Unit #4 is a private unit with a Queen Bed, kitchenette with hot & cold water in sink, convection countertop microwave, mini-fridge, black-out curtains, streaming TV, walk-in closet nightstand and dresser. This unit's en-suite private full bathroom has a shower, individually controlled mini-split A/C. This unit has a private exterior door to the covered carport. Keyed lock on bedroom door and the door to the hallway shared with Unit #3 for additional privacy.

Located in the eclectic and quaint downtown area of historic Titusville, Florida. Only a mile from the intercoastal, Sand Point, Marina Park and A. Max Brewer Bridge. Take A. Max Brewer Memorial Pkwy to get to Merritt Island National Wildlife or PlayaLinda natural beach. Only 1.6 miles to Parrish Medical Center and no traffic! Ten minutes to I-95 and less than an hour Orlando.
