Our self-contained apartment is located on the outskirts of the district Asten. Here you can enjoy the tranquility and sit in the evening on the loggia and enjoy the evening sun. For excursions you are in only 45 km in Salzburg or with 35 km already on Lake Chiemsee. You can start cycling a lot in front of the house. Only 3 km away is the Leitgeringer See, a warm bog lake.
As a welcome, you will receive a first filling with a fridge with home-made jams, juices and organic cheese and / or sausage (depending on your preference).

Man fühlt sich schon bei der Ankunft willkommen, denn man findet gleich seinen Parkplatz mit Namensschild versehen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gemütlich. Es fehlt einfach an Nichts.An viele Kleinigkeiten wurde gedacht, die sonst in Ferienwohnungen nicht vorhanden sind. Für uns war es wieder eine angenehme Zeit und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von Fam. Ober sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Der Balkon bietet Entspannung pur. Ein besonderes Dankeschön auch noch einmal dafür, dass wir aufgrund des Wetters problemlos unseren Urlaub um eine Woche verschieben konnten. Wir können diesen Vermieter vorbehaltlos empfehlen.

im großen und Ganzen ganz ok

bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten ganz ok. Der Fernseher im Schlafzimmer überflüssig, hätte besser in der Wohnküche platziert gehört. Kein Wasserkocher, kein Toaster.

Die Umgebung, Felder und Wiesen haben zur Erholung erheblich beigetragen. Die Ferienwohnung hat sehr gut dazu gepasst. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war gut, sie hat gute Tipps gegeben und bei Problemen umgehend geholfen.

Sehr sauber, genügend Platz für Ehepaare bzw. Paare , ein Schlafzimmer und eine geräumige Küche, kein Wohnzimmer zum zurückziehen , sehr ruhige Ortsrandlage, Matratzen viel zu weich, nachts werden die Felder bearbeitet etwas störend, wenn man leichten Schlaf hat. Erholung pur!

Sehr schöne, ruhige, geräumige und saubere FeWo mit Weitblick über Wiesen, Felder und Wälder bis zu den Alpen. Gelegentliches, leises Gackern der Hühner von nebenan stört die Idylle keineswegs, im Gegenteil, es ist schön, sie beim Picken und Scharren beobachten zu können. Auch Hasen und Rehe lassen sich hie und da auf den Feldern blicken und der Falke schwebt suchend über dem weitläufigen Areal. Großer überdachter Balkon, auf dem es sich auch bei sommerlichem Regen gut aushalten lässt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge, Radtouren und Stadtbesichtigungen z. B. in Burghausen und Altötting uvm. Auch der nahe Waginger See und der Chiemsee sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Dieses Domizil kann ich jederzeit und uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Urlaub im Chiemgau - Land und Leute einfach klasse

Geräumige sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf die bayerischen Berge. Die Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Tolle Erstversorgung mit Lebensmittel, vielen Dank ! Land und Leute, Kultur, uriges Essen und Biergarten mit unbezahlbarem Ausblick direkt im Ort ! Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Erholungsurlaub im Chiemgau

Die Ferienwohnung ist hervorragend. Die ruhige und idyllische Lage ist sehr erholsam. Auf dem Balkon haben wir die Abendsonne und das Bergpanorama genießen können. Unsere Vermieter haben uns ein herzliches Willkommen bereitet, indem sie uns den Kühlschrank mit kleinen Kostproben aus der Region gefüllt haben. Wir haben einen herrlichen Urlaub verbracht. Die ortsansässige Dorfwirtschaft ist in fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und ist von uns sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank noch einmal an unsere netten Vermieter.

Naturbewusste Gastgeber, sehr freundlich

Eine schöne kleine Wohnung mit Schlaf-Wohnzimmer und großem Balkon mit Aussicht bis zu den Bergen des Chiemgau.. Ganz lieb die im Kühlschrank bereitstehenden Leckereien aus eigener Küche und hergestellt mit großem ökologischen Bewusstsein. TOP !! Gerne wieder!
