Large architect-designed holiday home with private pool, spa and sauna



This spacious architect-designed holiday home features an attractive pool area with a swimming pool (6.0 x 3.2 x 1.4 m), counter-current swimming system, two-person whirlpool, shower and direct access to the house's lovely sauna.



The house is situated on a large garden plot in beautiful natural surroundings, just a short distance from the town and beach of Tisvilde. Outside, you will find a spacious terrace, partly covered, complete with garden furniture for relaxing and dining outdoors.



The well-designed kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, small freezer, convection oven and ceramic hob. The large, bright living and dining area has direct access to the covered terrace and includes a wood-burning stove, DVD player, video player and stereo system with CD player.



To ensure energy-efficient operation, the pool is heated by an air-to-water heat pump, while both the pool area and the rest of the house are heated by an air-to-air heat pump. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.



The accommodation includes four comfortable bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, plus two additional sleeping places on foam mattresses in the loft area, which is particularly suitable for children.



The house has two bathrooms, both with underfloor heating and walk-in showers. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Families travelling with young children can make use of a cot and high chair.



Heating is provided by heat pumps, the wood-burning stove, underfloor heating in the dining room, entrance hall, utility room and pool area, as well as electric heating panels in all four bedrooms, the living room, dining room, kitchen and utility room.



Outside, there is a double carport, a sandbox and a swing for children.



The holiday home enjoys an excellent location and is particularly well suited to two families or several couples holidaying together. The beautiful sandy beach is only about 800 metres away, while forests, tennis courts, a cinema, restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities are all within easy reach.
