Hotel from outside looks very good, the reception area and the restaurant in downstairs is awesome. Best food there. But the rooms looks very old, not upto the mark. We didn’t even get the hot water. TV is very small.

I have been coming to tirupati for last 20 years, I have been several hotels but this hotel stands out, it's spacious at decent price with luxury options. Love this hotel, easy to any where in the city and also to Tirumala Hills. Restaurant food is also decent.

Very large property with spacious rooms. Nothing fancy but clean beds. Bathrooms need to be maintained better. Swimming pool seems good and breakfast buffet is awesome - limited items but all tasty. Extremely spacious compared to lot of other hotels.

Comfortable stay and value for money.

Stayed here with family while visiting Temple. It’s location is comfortable from airport as well as the temple. The look of this place is quite old. Furniture inside rooms also have an old look. Service and other amenities are great. Staff is also very professional. But they need to provide more information about the city and temple. Overall it was value for money to stay here with family.

Very bad experience. Told me the payment was while check in time but demanded payment while checking out time at morning 6.00 AM and refused to accept card payment. My request to check with their accounts or front office manager fell in deaf ears. Service was. Very bad. Intercoms was not working. All electrical plug point was very loose and I am unable recharge the phones. The linen was not good. In total the selection of this hotel to stay was a disaster Is it possible for you to check the payment made through online and cash payment and arrange to get reimbursement if doubled payment was realized by the hotel Regards K Balasubramanian

nice hotel in center of the city. good n decent facilities with swiming pool. Food are bit costlier, we had ordered 2 horlicks with 1 coffee for 210rs over all 8/10 i would give.

be it your booking or bill, nothing is connected, even your water is charged for new bottle's that is supposed to be free, call the service guy and he will never show up even after repeated reminder 6 times. worst experience, f'd up hospitality

Bad hotel

Hotel is not maintained at all. Pictures on the website is deciving. Rooms are very dirty, restaurant stinks. This hotel is not worth more than ₹1000 / night. Also do call this hotel a 3/4 star hotel. It doesn't deserve any stars.

They charged me extra 500 inr

I had booked for 2 adults and 1 child with exact age but the hotel charged me for child (500 Inr) without prior notice. I booked for king bed they gave me single single small bed and said that we don't have king bed. I asked when u don't have king bed then why did you took booking for the same and why didn't you mentioned . Over all they charged me 500 rupees extra for only room which I hadn't booked. Overall disappointed. This is not expected from Ramee Guestline Hotels as I have stayed in Mumbai juhu and dadar also but this was worst.

We had a great stay. The best part was our room (which was a double room, turned into one), and for a family of 5 it worked out very well. The hotel lobby area is great. The restaurant serves good food. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. The swimming pool looked great, although we did not have much time to use it. The only major issue was with the Wi-Fi. The signal strength in our room was very poor. I had literally stand next to the reception desk to get whatever signal I could get. Their staff was very courteous. The local taxi service to Tirumala and Airport drop was also great. The driver was very a real gentleman and doubled up as our local tour guide.

Hotel reception first made much problems about reservation saying not in our list .when argued and showed confirmation. Then also tried to search and delayed in providing rooms very much troublesome for online reservation. Even not clean as before
