Quaint, lovely hotel with really helpful and friendly staff. Simple but very on point. I had zero complaints. Special thanks to the receptionist guy on night duty who helped us settle in late at night after we had to hurriedly leave our prior hotel. Will 100% recommend Vila Alize.

We were so impressed with this hotel. The staff were helpful and courteous. We tried their restaurant suggestions and loved them. The suite was large and quiet. The soft Egyptian cotton towels smelt so good. The ac worked great even in 100 deg days. We appreciated the cheap drinks. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to everything in at least 25min. There are buses close but they were always full. You could stay at a more updated hotel and pay way more, but why? You won't be disappointed.

They got extra fee from us in name of "tourist tax" which is additional amount to what is shown in Expedia. Also reception at the nighttime was not welcoming. I used this place for pitstop for my other trips, in overall room is good. But couldn't stay there more than 2 days. Extra fees and explanations regarding them is annoying. ( poor management in overall )

Premièrement soyont honnête, les reviews de l'hôtel sont au dessus de la réalité, ce n'est pas un hôtel 4 étoiles comme presenté dans l'annonce. L'évaluation de trip advisor à 9.2 sur 10 ne représente pas la réalité. Est-ce que c'est un endroit correct tout à fait, j'ai eu une belle expérience, l'endroit est propre et j'ai eu une belle accueil. Cela dit, la literie est propre mais ne tient pas sur le matelas. Le matelas est confortable, ma chambre a déjà été rénovée, climatisation très faible mais fonctionne, pas de ventilateur dans la salle de toilette, donc odeur et vapeur de la douche sont partagées. Une large fenêtre avec verre intimité est dans la douche, aucune protection un enfant pourrait facilement y tomber, l'eau chaude est instable, surprise en prenant la douche. Toutes les fixtures de lampes sont chambranlantes. Pas de porte magnétique à la chambre, serrure conventionnelle. Isolation pour le bruit inexistante, j'étais au troisième étages et j'entendais les gens se présentant à la réception comme s'ils étaient dans ma chambre, les coups de balais dans le corridor sont entendus de mon lit, la circulation des véhicules, les gens qui jasent à l'extérieur, les chiens qui aboie bref tu entends tout. Sur place il faut payer cash en arrivant, tu dois communiquer a un numéro de cell, ou par textos pour réclamer la facture, mon séjour est terminée depuis deux jours et j'attends toujours leur facture. Si vous vous attendez a un hotel 4 étoiles vous serez réellement déçu.
