Rooms were amazing, staff was friendly and helpful. They provided advices on how to deal with fake cab driver. Hotel is well located, most of things to do are within 1.5km which is doable on foot. Parking is easy of access but limited.

Hotel LAS Tirana
Basic Hotel NOT a 5* Hotel. How can a 11 roomed hotel be 5*? Dinner: Bread and salad arrived. 1 minute later, the soup arrived. 2 minutes later the main course arrived - VERY efficient! Basic Hotel NOT a 5* Hotel. How can a 11 roomed hotel be 5*? Dinner: Bread and salad arrived. 1 minute later, the soup arrived. 2 minutes later the main course arrived - VERY efficient! Conclusion: Cold main course! Asking Hotel staff about tours, received blank stares: they knew nothing of what went on in the centre of Tirana. Last day, had to leave at 7:30 hours. Breakfast doesn't start until 08:00 hours they said - NOTHING even though this was INCLUDED in the price. 11 days was too long. Reminder to EU citizens: don't phone Albania for shuttle service as this could cost £2/min! In fact it's a taxi - and it's not a free shuttle service! NEVER AGAIN!

Dear guest. It was a pleasure to be in our hotel. But we do not understand all this offensive you have taken against our hotel and our city. I think that all this anger has come only because our staff advised not to put vegetables (onion garlic, peppers etc) in the closet of the clothes because they had given them a smell of the whole room. As for our five star service, they have valued hundreds of guests who have been in our hotel. Regarding the taxi service, it is only 15 € for a distance of about 18 km and is very correct. While Tirana city is a beautiful city that is under construction and this year was considered one of the most developed cities in Europe. We would like you to be more realistic in your evaluation.

Hotellet var som en oase i en travel og interessant storby, perfekt beliggenhet med vennlig personell (familiedrevet) der alt fungerte.

Meget bra
Meget bra hotell! Fantastisk service og alle som jobber der er superhyggelige. Fint lite basseng. Store rene rom med balkong. Mange barer og restauranter rett utenfor. Ca 2 km inn til sentrum, men likte området der hotellet ligger bedre. Frokost og mat er bare ok.

Great location in a peaceful corner of the city.
We had a really nce stay for five days / four nights. The hotel is cosy and with a high standard on everything. This is a place we may come back to, as soon as we can.
