Hotel staff was amazing. Front desk friendly, bartender L was the best, made my stay comforting and awesome. Breakfast gal makes the best chorizo tacos. Bfast was really good compared to others. Rooms were comfy and decent. Overall great stay for business and training

Its difficult to write a rave review for a hotel in a town with just two hotels. The hotel was very nice and the convenience of the kitchenette was a nice option if i needed it.

I grew up visiting Tioga, My main issue was the neglect of the hotel, particularly the main doors and the lack of wiping down the tables of the dining area.

Poor customer service, long waits at front desk for anything at all hours. No points awarded for any of my stays using expedia. Property was in terrible condition. Trash. Animal feces. Cigarette butts. Mud in hallways and stairways. Cant open windows to let in frsh air or you get a 100$ fine. Rip off all around. New owners are a far cry from previous. Good luck.

Stay during covid

It was clean. Everything is posted how everyone is to wear masks. None of the employees were wearing masks. The person attending breakfast did not have gloves or mask. The guy mopping the floor in the evening didn't, the one mopping in the morning didn't. The only emplyee wearing one was the clerk checking us out. No hand sanitizer available at breakfast. Bathroom door wouldn't close unless you slammed it. Everyone was very pleasant.

Good choice in Tioga

Stayed for a couple of nights for a business trip to Tioga. The employees were friendly and the room was spacious and clean. It included a walk-in shower and kitchen with a full-sized fridge, two burner stove, dishwasher, and sink. The tv was also a good size with a lot of channels via direct TV. The beds were a bit hard for my personal taste but that’s my only complaint.
