The space
VILLA APHRODITE
The two-story residence has been built with high-quality materials, offering excellent thermal insulation against the summer heat, while it has underfloor heating for comfort on the colder days of the year.
The outdoor areas include a large veranda, an outdoor seating area with a table at the entrance, a balcony and a private garden. All these areas are covered with elegant wooden pergolas, offering shade and protection. The exterior surfaces are clad in natural stone slabs and framed by traditional stone walls.
The ground floor of VILLA APHRODITE features an open-plan layout with a luxurious fitted kitchen, a spacious living and dining area. It also includes a fireplace, built-in sofas, a guest bathroom and storage space.
On the first floor are the master bedroom and a second bedroom, both with private bathrooms.
The view of the Aegean Sea, the Cyclades and the picturesque village of Berdamiaros is breathtaking.
