Good location for me, port is walking distance with lots of restaurants etc. Ok for budget hotel. I had asked to have the shower mold cleaned properly and there was not much of an attempt made to clean it. I would have paid more to move to the new part of the hotel next door but the only room available was right next to the pool and a bit noisy for me.

The room was not what we expected. We were in a non renovated room. It was outdated, furniture was old and looked like it was from the 70s and the shower was dirty with mold. We complained about the room and the woman at the front desk said that if we didn’t want to stay then we could get our money back, she reluctantly offered us a new room which was better and we accepted it, since we were only staying one night and it was slightly better. The hallway floor was dirty and the pool was cloudy and dirty. The breakfast area was clean and food options were decent. Location was great near the harbor and lots of restaurant/shops nearby but parking was only on the street and difficult to find.

Nous sommes extrĂȘmement déçus de cet hĂŽtel pourtant actuellement bien classĂ©. Nous avions envoyĂ© un email afin de savoir s’il fallait rĂ©server un taxi. N’ayant pas de rĂ©ponse nous relançons. Cette fois nous recevons une rĂ©ponse. A notre arrivĂ©e Ă  l’hĂŽtel, nous sommes face Ă  un bĂątiment composĂ© d’une ancienne et d’une nouvelle aile
fermĂ©es. Il y a un papier avec quelques explications en grec avec 2 numĂ©ros de portable. Nous les appelons sans succĂšs (boite vocale en grec). Rien de signalisĂ©, aucune explication en anglais pour trouver la rĂ©ception. Nous montons un escalier qui mĂšne Ă  la piscine (au 1er Ă©tage) et trouvons enfin la RĂ©ception.Cette personne sera notre seule interlocutrice pendant tout le sĂ©jour procĂšde au check-in. L’accueil est sommaire et froid. Peu d’explications, pas un verre d’eau ou de bienvenue. L’arrivĂ©e dans la chambre rĂ©servĂ©e (Executive) nous laisse sans voix : chambre banale, vue sur des immeubles dĂ©fraichis, petit coffre dans la chambre mais non fixé  Petits-dĂ©jeuners trĂšs basiques (le mot est faible) uniquement servis en chambre et prĂ©parĂ©s par un prestataire externe. AprĂšs rĂ©clamation, nous avons eu droit Ă  un petit-dĂ©jeuner plus qualitatif. Service minimum : une personne prĂ©sente de 9h Ă  22 h (pas de rĂ©ception ou de gardien la nuit ; il vaut mieux ne pas oublier la clĂ© un soir) et une femme de chambre. On sent un certain flottement dans l’organisation. Piscine pas trĂšs propre. Avantages : emplacement et parking.
