In the hamlet Červari 3 km from the centre of Tinjan, 14 km from the centre of Pazin, 16 km from the centre of Poreč, in a quiet, sunny position, 16 km from the sea. Private: property 1'900 m2 (fenced), lawn 1'000 m2 trees, swimming pool angular, heated (9 x 4 m, 37 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 03.Apr. - 09.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, table tennis, volleyball, terrace (50 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Motor access to the house (50 m via unmade road). Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 14 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 1 km, pebble beach 16 km, concrete beach 16 km.
