Charming Villa Marijanin Vrt with pool and amazing garden in the heart of Istria, Ribari, Tinjan area.
Villa Marijanin Vrt is a traditional Istrian villa with pool and very large garden
It consists of 3 bedrooms each with A/C , two of the bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and one separate bathroom all on the first floor. On the ground floor there is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, large dining and living area, storage and toilet. There is an A/C unit in the living area too.
The sofa bed in the living area can accommodate two more persons.
There is a billiard table in the living area and there is a gym in the basement.
Living and dining area open up to a covered terrace with large table and chairs, BBQ, garden.
The terrace overlooks the pool, playground and outside covered kitchen, with another larger BBQ, table and chairs.
There is a covered parking area.
