Found the room too compact, and hot. Sloping roof made it difficult to get to the window and the noisy fan was unusable. Bed was good, shower good, but not a room to chill out in.

Breakfast was amazing but overall the beds the bathroom everything was clean and comfortable. I would stay again if we ever go back to Zurich

Overall, the hotel is really good. Staff was excellent. Helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is ideal. Walking distance to shopping and right next to the train station. Also has a Starbucks next door and the bus station that we needed for our tours was across the street. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Good A/C also, which is hard to find in Europe. My only complaint is the showers are very small and hard to get out of. Seems like a hazard. Otherwise, I loved my stay at the hotel.
