"I paid for a 3 bed room and got a double with an additional small bed in an airless entrance area. It was so small the entrance door only opened half way. I went to discuss this with reception and all I got was a push off from the male clerk at the desk. Expedia's help desk were great in calling the hotel and getting me additional room at a reduced price (not free but it should have been). Thank you Expedia. Hotel staff were rubbish. "Lovely peaceful stay, comfortable room with nice outlook over pool area. Lots of different places to sit and relax. Easy parking and nice dinner and breakfast. Limited menu but wine available which was much appreciated. A challenging but enjoyable days drive from Marrakech and would definitely stay again "
