This small but charming 1-room apartment for 2 people, measuring 30 m², is located on the ground floor, and its location is perfect for walks along the beach and through the harbour.

The apartment is fully tiled and was furnished in the fall of 2022 with a new mocha-colored double sofa bed (1.65 m x 2.00 m) featuring a reclining function. The sofa bed has two separate slatted frames, enhancing sleeping comfort. You can also enjoy relaxing evenings listening to your favourite CDs, as a stereo system is provided, along with a CD player and Wi-Fi access (Wi-Fi is not included in the lease agreement; no refunds or replacements will be provided in the event of disruptions or outages). A flat-screen TV with cable is available.

The built-in kitchen, featuring a microwave with grill function and a glass-ceramic cooktop, is fully equipped, and you can enjoy your meals in the dining area.

On the southwest-facing balcony, you can relax on the patio furniture with a cup of coffee.

The shower room/bathroom is equipped with a cosmetic mirror, a hair dryer, and a towel warmer.

You are welcome to use a coin-operated washing machine, a dryer, and a bicycle storage room.
In addition, 2 bicycles are available free of charge for various excursions (not included in the rental agreement).

An outdoor parking space is available for your use.
This is a non-smoking apartment.
Pets are not allowed here.



Quietly located residential complex in Niendorf: At this holiday resort, you’ll spend your holiday in 30–45 m² apartments for 2–3 people on a quiet cul-de-sac, each with a balcony or terrace.

A coin-operated washing machine and dryer, as well as a bicycle storage room, are available in Building 5.

Your car can be parked in a two-story garage, with a space reserved for each apartment. Free parking spaces are available on the cul-de-sac.

It’s just a 5-minute walk to the beach, where you can take a deep breath of the sea air. The bakery is also right nearby.
Additional shopping options and the town centre are located 600 to 750 metres from the Strandmuschel.

The idyllic harbour, with its fishing boats—where, by the way, you can buy fresh fish right off the boat for your meal—is also just 800 metres away.
Or you can enjoy “Baltic Sea catches” at one of the many food stands and restaurants.

A special experience from June through September is undoubtedly the Karl May Festival in Bad Segeberg, which is fun for the whole family. The open-air stage built into the Kalkberg offers not only smoking colts but also thrilling horse chases and low-flying falcons.

At the Strandmuschel, you can enjoy your holiday with the whole family just a stone’s throw from the Baltic Sea.
