The house has two bathrooms. A parking space for three cars is, of course, reserved for you.

The fine sandy beach is just 250 metres away. Shopping options and the town centre are about a 10–15-minute walk away.
Timmendorfer Strand invites you to enjoy exclusive shopping or to linger in its many lovely cafés and restaurants.

A trip to the old Hanseatic city of Lübeck is worthwhile any time of year.
The Old Town is characterised by its 12th-century city layout, and with a total of 210 bridges, Lübeck is often referred to as “Little Venice.”
A stroll through the narrow alleys and passageways is truly picturesque.

At Gorch-Fock-Strasse 37, you can enjoy your holiday with the whole family, just a stone’s throw from the Baltic Sea.

Holiday Home at Gorch-Fock-Str 37:

This spacious holiday home in Timmendorfer Strand offers 200 m² of living space, features 5 rooms, and is furnished to accommodate 2–6 people. In addition, 2 infants (up to 1 year old) (for an extra charge) who sleep in travel cots may be accommodated.

The ground floor of the house is bright and flooded with light thanks to the large windows. The living area features a large seating area, TV, DVD player, and stereo system. The stylish dining area seats 6 people and adjoins the fully equipped kitchen-diner. The kitchen features a cooking island with a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, and large worktop, as well as a refrigerator, freezer, and microwave, and offers direct access to the garden, where little pirates and mermaids can run around and play. From the living area, you can step out onto the large, furnished south-facing terrace, which is perfect for relaxing.
The entire living/kitchen area on the ground floor is equipped with underfloor heating.
The fireplace in the living area is not operational.

In the entryway of the house, there is a shower room with an urinal and a hair dryer, as well as a storage room with a coin-operated washing machine.
On the ground floor, there are 4 separate bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and exterior blinds covering the large windows (there is no blind in front of the skylight).
Two bedrooms are single rooms, one of which has a balcony.
The fourth bedroom, which has a balcony, features 2 single beds. This room can therefore be used as a single or a double room.
The remaining three bedrooms have blackout curtains.
The upper floor also features a spacious bathroom with a large glass shower and a bathtub, as well as a vanity with two sinks.

The upper floor is equipped with radiators, not with underfloor heating.
A ping-pong table is available for guests. It is located in the garden shed. A coin-operated washing machine is located in the small storage room inside the house.
