The bright living area with a cosy sitting area—featuring two comfortable recliners,
a dining area, and direct access to the covered loggia—invites you to relax. From here, you can enjoy a beautiful winter view of the sea. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator, offering everything you need for a comfortable self-catering stay.

The separate, spacious bedroom features a large double bed. A modern bathroom with a shower and toilet rounds out the living comfort. Free Wi-Fi, a portable TV with cable, and a private parking space right next to the house are also at your disposal.

The beach at Niendorf on the Baltic Sea is only about 150 metres away. The promenade, restaurants, cafés, shopping, and the idyllic Niendorf harbour are also within easy walking distance.
