The kitchen is fully equipped with a kitchen island featuring an induction cooktop, an oven with a microwave, a large fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, coffee maker, Tassimo coffee capsule machine, electric kettle, and toaster.

From the beautiful living area, there is access to the magnificent south-facing rooftop terrace, which is equipped with patio furniture, a beach chair, and an electric awning—the perfect spot to relax.
The bedroom is furnished with a high-quality box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.0 m with a full-length topper) and a TV, and also offers access to the rooftop terrace.
The high-quality, modern shower room with underfloor heating, a towel warmer, and a washer-dryer is located directly across from it.
From the living area, a staircase leads to another bedroom with a box-spring bed (1.60 x 2.0 m with a full-length topper), again featuring a TV, as well as a private sauna that invites you to relax.
Blackout curtains are provided in both bedrooms.

An additional washing machine and dryer are available to guests free of charge in the communal basement.
From May 1 through 15.9.2026, a free beach chair awaits you on the beach.

A free parking space is reserved for you.
