This high-quality 2-room apartment is located right in the centre of Timmendorfer Strand and features a bright and welcoming interior.
With approximately 48 m² of living space and a terrace measuring approximately 24 m², the apartment is furnished to accommodate 2–4 people and is located on the ground floor, accessible by lift.

In the spacious, open-concept living area, which opens onto the terrace, you’ll find a large corner sofa bed (sleeping area approx. 1.35 m x 2.00 m), a TV, and a cosy dining area.
The kitchenette is well-equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

On the 24 m² terrace, which is partially covered, you’ll find a sun lounger and patio furniture. Here you can enjoy wonderful moments by the Baltic Sea.

The separate bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m), a wardrobe, and a TV.
The large bathroom features a shower, toilet, heated towel rack, and radio.
All doors are 1.00 m wide.

Starting April 15,-15.10.2026, a beach chair is available for you directly on the beach from the rental company Bade 2.

You can load and unload your car right at the house.
The underground parking space is only about 75 m from the apartment.
Wi-Fi is available (no refund or compensation will be provided in the event of disruptions or outages).
This is a non-smoking apartment.

Each apartment includes Wi-Fi access and one underground parking space, located approximately 75 metres from the property. The apartments are accessible from Poststraße via a loading and unloading area.

The pedestrian zone, with its exclusive boutiques and cafés, as well as the beach, are just a few minutes’ walk away.
